1960s Sadaharu Oh Ice Cream Advertising Banner
Big banner (24x77") that features a large caricature of Sadaharu Oh (who holds record for the most home runs for any professional baseball player at 868), plus an ad for Mejii Ice Cream. Oh played 22 seasons for the Yomiuri Giants of the Japanese Central League. Oh also won five batting championships, and two Triple Corwns, and is in the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame. The banner would be displayed on a pole outside a store. Banner has some wear.
