1962 Toronto Maple Leafs Championship Ring
The culmination of a magnificent season, and the Toronto Maple Leafs first of three Stanley Cup Championships in three consecutive years, this 10-karat gold by Birks was presented to a member of the Leafs' front office. Adorned with Maple Leaf on top with CZ at center, surrounded by the words, “Stanley Cup Champions” on raised lettering. Left shank is raised image of Lord Stanley’s Cup, right shank is “Toronto ’62.” The fact that this example is a CZ stone, rather than a diamond, indicates that the rings bestowed upon the Maple Leafs front office were manufactured with CZ’s, and only the players rings had diamonds. A key vintage ring in great EX-MT condition from one of the greatest Maple Leafs dynasty squads that ever lived.
