1967 "Ice Bowl" Program

1967 "Ice Bowl" Program

The 1967 NFL Championship Game between the Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys is widely considered to be one of the greatest football games ever played. Dubbed the "Ice Bowl" due to the extreme weather conditions during the game (the wind chill dipped as low as -70 °F) and the icy surface it was played on, the Packers defeated the Cowboys in epic fashion, marching down the field in the waning moments of the game to score the game-clinching touchdown. This program from the game, played on December 31, 1967, at Lambeau Field, is in EX condition, which considering the elements present that fateful day is extremely tough to find. From its patriotic cover to the vintage contents within, this is a special keepsake of American lore.
