1969-70 Bobby Hull Chicago Black Hawks Photo-Matched Game Worn Jersey
Notes: If you are looking for an incredible Bobby Hull game worn jersey, look no further. In January 1970, The Golden Jet was named as the top NHL player of the 1960’s by the Associate Press. At the same time, Hull was wearing this home white jersey at Chicago Stadium. With the famous Indian head crest sewn on the front and his famous number “9” sewn on the back and on both sleeves this jersey displays the battles and boards from the old stadium. Chain-stitched tomahawk patches on both shoulders with Gunzo’s Sports Center Inc., Berwyn, Ill. and size 50 tags in the neck. General Athletic tag with washing instructions sewn inside the back left tail. Written in pen on the General Athletic tag is “Mon. Mar. 2, 1970”. This is the date that the jersey was obtained from Bobby Hull by the original owner. The front is covered in heavy stick marks and some light blood stains. On the left side is heavy blue and red paint transfer. More red paint transfer on the back left hem area and a few scattered stick marks on the back. Pilling at the right sleeve cuff with a heavy board burn on the right elbow and scattered stick marks throughout the sleeve. Left sleeve cuff has additional pill with heavy stick marks and some blue paint transfer on the sleeve. Moderate pilling inside both sleeves near the cuffs. Signed on the front in 7/10 black felt tip pen. Perfectly photo-matched to multiple shots of Hull in 1969-70. <br><br>Condition: See Above
