1969 Seattle Pilots Team-Signed Baseball
The 1969 season served as the one and only year for the expansion Seattle Pilots in the American League, before their move to Milwaukee just days before the start of the following season. This Official American League (Cronin) baseball is EX-MT and bears 26 signatures from this short-lived franchise, with autographs averaging 7/10. This is a very clean example of this rare baseball, which bears the names Joe Shultz, Diego Segui, Marty Pattin, Mike Hegan, Tom Harper, Don Mincher, Wayne Comer and the rest of the team. As a footnote, that team was purchased by one Allan "Bud" Selig.
