1972-73 Montreal Canadiens Prince of Wales Trophy (13")
The Montreal Canadiens came out on top after the 1972-73 regular season and went on to win the Stanley Cup in postseason play. This silver plate bowl, supported by four sticks rising from the wood base was presented by the NHL to asst. trainer, Eddy Palchak. A plaque attached to the base is engraved, “H.R.H., Prince of Wales Trophy, Eddy Palchak, asst. trainer.” Back of podium with additional silver plate reading, “NHL Champions, 1972-73, Club de Hockey Canadien.” EX-MT condition.
