1972-73 Terry O’Reilly Boston Bruins Photo-Matched Game Worn Jersey
If you are looking for a hammered Terry O’Reilly Bruins jersey, look no further. This Wilson durene jersey is hammered with 31 team repairs. Puckered and well-worn spoked Bruins circular crest on the front with lace-up style neckline. Base of neckline is torn and then heavily repaired. More team repairs on the lower front below the crest and in the front hem striping. One team repair on the right shoulder and three more on the left. Both sleeves show significant use with more stitch-work and excellent external pilling near the cuffs. Back right hemline is heavily repaired and five additional repairs on the back below the numbers. O’Reilly’s number “24” sewn on each sleeve and back. Number “2” on left sleeve shows red paint transfer. Back numbers show heavy use. Ribbon-style fight strap with six-inch wide base inside the back. Wilson manufacturer’s tag in the collar. Fantastic pilling inside both sleeves, across the back shoulder areas and behind the crest. Another Hall of Fame caliber piece from Beantown.
