Bud Wilkinson, Hall of Fame football coach for the University of Oklahoma, is well known for his 47 game winning streak from 1953-1957, an NCAA Division 1 record that still stands today. This acrylic Presidential Star presented to Wilkinson by Richard Nixon is in EX condition. Base reads, "With Deep Appreciation, Richard Nixon, November 1972." This wonderful gift also comes with a 1979 card (in lucite) from the Nixons picturing full color images of Richard, Pat, and their two grandchildren. Sign in picture says "La Casa Pacifica." Signatures are facsimile. EX. Date under signatures reads, "November 25, 1972." Grandchildren's names and birth dates are typed onto a label on the back.
