1976-77 Norm Ferguson San Diego Mariners WHA Game Worn Jersey
Draft, Norm Ferguson departed the NHL and pursued a career with the upstart World Hockey Association. He played two seasons in the New York area with the Raiders, and then took his skills to San Diego when the franchise relocated. He spent three seasons with the San Diego Mariners, scoring 36, 37, and 39 goals in successive years. In his final season with the Mariners, Ferguson donned this orange jersey. Rawlings size 46 tag sewn into the neck. Original lace in tie-up collar. Stick marks scattered across the front with material snags and pulls throughout. Custom-hemmed cuffs folded under and sewn inside approximately 1 ?” each. Stick marks of light and dark shades on both sleeves. Bottom hemline custom-shortened approximately 1” all the way around. Ferguson’s name screened on to a cloth nameplate. No fight strap.
