1978-1979 Alain Daigle Chicago Black Hawks Game Worn Jersey
With about 15 classic Chicago Blackhawks team repairs and numerous stick marks, this Alain Daigle game-worn sweater from his 1978-1979 season with the Chicago Blackhawks makes for a perfect hockey jersey. From his best NHL season with the Windy City team, this red patient is missing its back nameplate but retains its collared “Gunzo” and “Wilson 44” tags, and sports the classic profiled and colorfully threaded Blackhawk logo on front as well as the green and white tomahawks criss-crossing the yellow “C” on its shoulders. At one time this jersey was framed and it still has some tape residue attached. With some time and patience, it can be removed. A triumph of a jersey.
