1979 Craig Patrick Ice Hockey World Championships Game Worn Jersey
This all-original blue jersey was worn by Hall of Famer Craig Patrick during the 1979 World Hockey Championships, during which Patrick served as Captain of Team USA. The blue, red and white jersey has "USA" screened on the front and "16" screened on the back and both sleeves, "PATRICK" in white on a name plate that is sewn on the back and captain's "C" on the left breast. It has the original string tie at the neck, Athletic Knit XL tag in the collar, and shows moderate use with some stick marks and light paint transfers. Less than one year later, Patrick would serve as the Assistant General Manager and Assistant Coach to Herb Brooks with the 1980 USA Miracle on Ice team at the Lake Placid Olympics.
