1988-89 Chris Chelios Stanley Cup Play-Offs Game Worn Jersey

1988-89 Chris Chelios Stanley Cup Play-Offs Game Worn Jersey

Defenseman Chris Chelios was an NHL All-Rookie for the Montreal Canadiens, and hasn’t stopped improving since, especially with his 1988-89 season, from which this game-worn jersey saw action in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. That season was heralded with his scoring 73 points in 80 games at +35, and being named to the All-Star First team, as well as making it to the Stanley Cup finals, where his Canadiens would lose to the Calvary Flames 4 games to 2 in an all-Canadian championship. Maska Ultrafil tag in collar. Canadiens crest on the front, with #24 on both sleeves and back. Name plate with "Chelios" on the back also. 1989 Stanley Cup Championship patch on the left shoulder. Fine use with stick marks on the outside and nice pilling inside.
