1989-90 Mick Vukota New York Islanders Game Worn Jersey
Notes: Hammered is the best way to describe this Mick Vukota Islanders home white jersey. Blood stains, stick marks, and un-repaired holes are scattered across the front and crest. The same is true of both sleeves. On the back is where the repairs are. One sizable H-shaped repair on the back left shoulder. Nameplate stitching has been repaired at the bottom of the name-length nameplate. Another stitched repair holds down the lower right corner of the number 2. Finally, a large repair with an Air-Knit insert is next to the fight strap. Incredible customizations to the fight strap with twine, skate lace, and a safety pin. Heavy pilling everywhere inside. Signed by 17 team members including Vukota, Bryan Trottier, Dean Chynoweth, Jeff Finley, Glenn Healy, Mark Fitzpatrick, Brad Lauer, and others on the shoulders and back.
