1990's Mario Lemieux Pittsburgh Penguins Game Worn Helmet

1990's Mario Lemieux Pittsburgh Penguins Game Worn Helmet

From his start in 1984 until his ultimate retirement in 2005, Mario Lemieux was a standout in the world of hockey. The only person ever to win a Stanley Cup as both a player and an owner, Lemieux never lost the love of the sport, even in the face of career-ending injuries and chronic pain. This white Jofa helmet, worn by Mario in games during the mid 1990s, shows light but obvious game-use. All heavy padding is left in tact, and the helmet features Lemieux’s unofficially retired number 66 on both the front and back of the helmet.
