1990-91 Al Iafrate Washington Capitals Game Worn Jersey
After a season-crushing knee injury with the Toronto Maple Leafs, defenseman Al Iafrate began his 1990-91 season less-than-stellar, and was consequently traded to the Washington Capitals, where he slipped this comeback jersey over his immense frame, and started what would culminate to a career peak (66 points) two years later. This was the start - this red, white and blue stunner. Treasured with stick marks on front, and on the sleeves, which also carry board burns and nice pilling on inside. No shield on jersey, as he came over in middle of the season and was given a jersey from previous year. Maska care tag in the collar.
