1991 Brian Bellows Minnesota North Stars Stanley Cup Finals Game Worn Jersey
The Stars’ final hoorahs in Minnesota marked not only the nearing end of the franchise's stay outside of the Lone Star State, but also the end of the Brian Bellows era. Prior to his departure, though, the team's all-time post-season points leader led his squad to a surprising and thunderous run though the playoffs that culminated in a Finals appearance against the Pittsburgh Penguins. During that six game series he would don this home white sweater sewn with the 1991 Stanley Cup Finals patch on the right shoulder. His number "23" is stitched to the sleeves and back, as is his name to a matching name plate between the shoulder blades. Exceptional use appears in the form of team repairs and stick marks on each sleeve, as well as light scuffs on front and back. “90-91-4” tag lies inside the back right hem close to the embroidered CCM and NHL logos. Lastly, the Maska tag inside the collar is written with [size] "54" in blue ballpoint. A fantastic gamer from an all-time fan favorite!
