Collection of fifty-nine (59) nameplates of the 2003 All Stars were taken right off their lockers in U.S. Celleular Park (Chicago), and each was made exclusively for the All-Star game. Under the auspices of Major League Baseball's authentication program an auditor from Dellote Touche not only witnessed the locker room plates being removed but he was also present when they were signed. Individually numbered holograms were then affixed to the plate. By going to MLB.COM and entering the hologram number you can confirm that this is an authentic piece direct from the locker room. The piece is then double matted and framed with a picture of the player, a 24 kt gold team coin and authenticated dirt from the players home stadium. The 59 tags include Hideki Matsui, Dontrelle Willis, Kerry Wood, Gary Sheffield, Carlos Delgado, & many more! Each piece measures 30x22".
