Signatures include space pioneers such as Yuri Gagrarin, Alan Shepherd, John Glenn, Frank Borman, Al Bean, Edwin Aldrin, Scott Carpenter, and Valeriy Kubesvo & Tom Stafford (on US-USSR joint shuttle), but also some of those who gave their lives to the cause like Gus Grissom and Ron McNair & Ellison Onizuka, both of whom died in the Shuttle Challenger explosion (whose photos include NASA commemorative stamps).
