Wonderfully candid Babe Ruth & Lou Gehrig photograph by Thorne Photo, the official NY Yankees photographer. Black & white, 8” x 10”, signed on front by Thorne, with Thorne info stamped on reverse. Ruth is leaning on two bats and glove, Gehrig has glove tucked, and the photo is sharp and clear with outstanding detail. Condition is VG-EX, with corner tack holes and a bit of missing paper, and with two small tears. Thankfully, the defects do not intrude on the absolutely magnificent central image.
