Fascinating 8x10” vintage photograph of Babe Ruth with the famed Hal Roach child character Baby Snookums. Imprinted in the negative at bottom, “Snookums Meets the King of Swat Babe Ruth of the New York Yankees.” Ruth is holding the child actor that played him, Sunny McKean. This is the same image used for the exhibit card released at this same time. Comes with photo of same promoting the line of Snookums dolls that were merchandising created especially for the film. Images with excellent contrast, photos themselves are very good.
