Babe Ruth Inscribed Baseball To His Doctor
Inscribed to his doctor, this special panel signature from the Babe is a personal gift from the Golden Age. In black fountain ink it reads, “To Bobby Newton From Babe Ruth.” Very little fading, although the ink is not as continuous as some others. Overall grade is “7”. One section of the ball’s paneling is slightly darker than the other, a result of the shellacking, which has caused toning. OAL (Barnard) baseball is EX-MT with highly prominent stampings. The blue & red laces are especially nice. In original box (VG).
