Babe Ruth Signed $1 Silver Certificate From 1935
Imagine running into the Sultan of Swat on the street or more likely, a tavern in the late 1930’s, and not having a baseball in your coat pocket (how many folks would be that fortunate?). Luckily, the recipient had this buck in his wallet to garner the Babe’s John Hancock. Well-loved Silver Certificate issued in 1935 was beautifully signed by The Bambino in blue fountain pen. His clear autograph rates a 7.5 out of 10. Condition is Good overall.
