From the year 1935 in which he was paid $11,000 for going to Japan as well as another $2,911.91 for the extra barnstorming games. Also, there were payments from his last team the Boston Braves ($7,445), Shell radio show (1,478), Quaker Oats premiums ($18,750!), but for the Babe Ruth Game ($614.32) and Glenn Confectioons ($375). Overall the Babe did quite well that year thanks to Christy Walsh and the Babes unending charm.From the estate of Joe Bihler, the right hand man of Babe Ruth's agent Christy Walsh and in turn Ruth himself.
