Bob Guindon WHA Winnipeg Jets Game Used Jersey
Left wing Bob Guindon, drafted by the Red Wings, instead signed with the WHA’s Nordiques when the new league started play in ’72-73. He played 3 seasons in Quebec, then made a very fortuitous move to the Winnipeg Jets in 1975-76 and spent 4 seasons in this shirt -- during which the Jets, led by Bobby Hull, won 3 championships. Guindon wore this jersey in 1977-78, when they took home their 2nd Avco Cup. Blue mesh jersey has the team’s logo screened on the front in red, white and blue. "Guindon" on verso in white in a blue nameplate, "18" in red on white tackle twill on back and both sleeves. "Harv-al Knit" tag in collar with "XL" flag tag. Light but evident use.
