Busch Stadium NLCS 2004 Collection (6)

Busch Stadium NLCS 2004 Collection (6)

The drama and the ultimate celebration of the Cardinals’ comeback victory in the 2004 NLCS after trailing three games to two, are written all over the 6 items in this stirring collection. Includes: 1) Game-used first, second and third bases. Each base is lightly imprinted on top with “Hollywood Base” and the MLB logo, which also appears on one side of each base along with a commemorative gold plaque on another side. Bases have extensive markings of game use in the form of cleat marks and caked-on dirt. 2) Game-Used Official NLCS 2004 Ball. 3) Two (2) bottles of champagne from the post-Game 7 celebration at Busch Stadium. Different labels, both Mount Pleasant Champagne. In green bottles, cork-less and, alas, empty, their bubbly contents perhaps having been poured on Albert Pujols or Jim Edmonds. <br>(Estimate $1,500 - $2,000)
