The other end of the two-way communications between Tony Larussa and his bull pen was this telephone affixed to the back of the Busch Stadium home bullpen in right center field. (Dugout phone is being offered separately in this auction). Black phone is 8” deep and 12” tall and encased in an outer metal box printed “Telephone” in vertical white lettering. Right side of the box has a latch with a loop and peg, which when removed would allow the case to be swung open. We wonder how many times LaRussa muttered the words, “Get Izzie Up” into this phone. <br>(Estimate $200 - $300)
