Circa 1993 Pat Lafontaine Buffalo Sabres jersey; we are guessing that this was worn at the beginning of the 1993-94 season as this bears the captain's "C," which he wore to start the season but an early injury ceded the prized letter to Alexander Mogilny from November through April. Size 52 collar tag, the Maska Ultrafil tag in the collar has been covered by a newer CCM version of the tag which is an oddity but makes sense as right around this time period the tags were changing. Buffalo with crossed swords crest on chest and patches on shoulders, number 16 on shoulders and back in blue-on-yellow, name on a plate in all blue. Displays light use with some fraying, light stick and sweat marks, little bit of oxidation to the buttons on the fight strap. LaFontaine battled through multiple concussions which forced an early retirement, though his 468 goals proved enough to merit Hall of Fame honors.
