Collection of Detroit Baseball Stadium Postcards (62)

Collection of Detroit Baseball Stadium Postcards (62)

This lot of 62 postcards celebrates the playing grounds of the Detroit Tigers - well, most of them! Ranging in date from the 1900s to the 1980s, the majority of these cards date to between 1910 and 1960 and are in overall EX condition, with some having been posted and others not so. A few of the postcards are duplicates, but most are different, and some rare pieces can be found among this lot. Most of the cards in this collection feature the Detroit ballpark commonly refereed to as Navin Field, Briggs Stadium or Tiger Stadium. However, some are even from Henley Field in Florida, where the Tigers once trained. This unique, one-of-a-kind lot truly spans the history of one of baseball's legendary franchises!
