Dave Winfield Leroy Nieman Signed Original Watercolor

Dave Winfield Leroy Nieman Signed Original Watercolor

"Strikingly" original Nieman rendering of Dave Winfield mounted in what may be the most unique framing job ever -- accommodating a secret safe behind the painting. Perhaps knowing that Charlie Sheen owned the piece may explain this, though if you ask what he may have kept in the safe, we won't go there. The Neiman is 15.5 x 22.5" and is personally signed by the artist to the actor with, "To Charlie Sheen". The watercolor image shows the slugger in an Angels uniform taking his giant stride and is Mint. The dark blue frame is a full 3" thick with a wooden back cut into a 15 x 18" opening. The back panel has a lock and key mechanism that once was used to open and close the entire panel. Beautiful and functional, especially for those inclined to stash things in a picture.
