David Ortiz Game Used Glove

David Ortiz Game Used Glove

The 2004 postseason delivered David Ortiz to stupendous heights. The burly Red Sox 1B-DH, who entered the slugging elite during the regular season, seemed to break up every postseason game with a clutch hit, especially as the Sox "reversed the curse" against the Yankees in the ALCS. By the time the WS against the Cards had begun, Ortiz had already tied the postseason RBI record. Though he didn't get to use it every day, his Black Rawlings first baseman’s mitt displays excellent use and displays a worn out spot in the middle of the pocket. “David Ortiz” is embroidered along the thumb in red. Great item from a guy whose star is still rising.
