Early 1970s Oscar Robertson Milwaukee Bucks Warm-Up Suit
Top and bottom of an early 1970s warm-up suit worn by the legendary Oscar Robertson while with the Milwaukee Bucks. The top is green with white and red trim and "MILWAUKEE" across the front. The twill for some of the lettering has come off due to damage incurred while in storage, but all red anchor stitching is still present and the twill letters could be replaced if the new owner desires. There is an "O" on the back with a Bucks logo underneath. Both sides of the quotation marks have come off, but again, their outline is perfectly visible and they could be replaced if so desired. Much of the white twill has deteriorated on the O but the red twill is still intact, while the Bucks logo below also has some cracking and deterioration but still looks good. There is an original zipper on the front but it is not in working order. The body of the warm-up top is very nice and has no holes or rips and only slight color bleed to the trim; it would still look amazing if the lettering was restored. The pants are in great condition and have four buttons at the bottom of each leg. They are green, white, and red with a number "1" sewn on the left thigh. There is a Rawlings size 36 tag inside waist area along with "32 1/2" sewn on a swatch indicating the inseam. The pants show use but no damage.
