Eddie Shore’s Springfield Indians Championship Jacket
The inscription in marker on the right breast tells the story. “This jacket was worn by my Father during the 1962-63 season, Eddie Shore (Jr.)”. Blue knit baseball-style jacket with red, white and blue trim. Chenille Indians script crest on the left breast with another similar sleeve shield reading “AHL Champs, 59-60, 60-61, 61-62”. Crossed American and Canadian flags on the opposite sleeve. An important garment from the personal collection of this crusty old skipper of the Springfield Indians. In near excellent condition.
