Engaged to Marry Lou Gehrig Wire Photo From 6-19- 1933
This 8 x 10” wire photograph of Lou Gehrig and his future wife, Elinor Twichell, is dated June 21, 1933. The quality of the image is EX with sharp, tonal contrast and minor creasing. There is a small 1/8” tear along the left hand border which does not degrade the image at all.
