Game Worn Soviet Game Worn Jersey Lot (3)
There was a time when the sole producer of elite ice hockey players was Canada. Around 1972 the bubble burst when a Team of NHL All-Stars thought they would wipe the ice with a bunch of commies from the Soviet Union. We all know how that went when the Maple Leafs Paul Henderson became an instant national hero with three gamers to barely save the National pride. From that era and a little beyond are three Soviet jersey's worn on the field of international battle. Out of the gate, a super rare1974 Alexander Golikov Moscow Dynamo cotton crew neck with the large Dynamo logo embroided on the front. The shoulders bear the smaller version. On the verso, a large #8 below the stitched on name plate with stenciled Golikov. In addition, a mid-70's CCCP thin mesh Boris Mikhailov with Kisapukuoy tag (Finland) size 50-52 in the collar. This jersey shows great game use with cuts, paint, tape and pills all over. Large #13 stitched on th back with name tag removed. Smaller #13 on each sleeve. Finally, a 1978 Anatoly Semenov mesh Addidas white CCCP with embroided AGFA logo adorning the left sleeve.Heat applied CCCP logo on front and a huge #30 on the back. The name is appplied with individual lettering. This gorgeous Soviet sweater makes this group stand apart from the wave of newer Russian jersey's that have flooded the market.
