Gerry Cheevers' 1976 Canada Cup Trophy
Boston Bruins Hall of Fame goaltender Gerry Cheevers was given this beautiful twelve-inch trophy to commemorate his part in Team Canada’s victory over Czechoslovakia in the 1976 Canada Cup Tournament. This heavy silver-plate trophy in a demi-leaf design holds a small plate at the base engraved with the words “Gerry Cheevers, Canada Cup 1976.” In excellent condition with light pitting but none of the cracking found on most examples of this award. From the personal collection of Gerry Cheevers with his signed Letter of Authenticity.
