High Grade 1950s Mickey Mantle & Yogi Berra Advertising Poster
A unique item all-around, this rare 14x6" poster from the 1950s features New York Yankees mainstays Yogi Berra and Mickey Mantle. In the poster, the Hall of Fame tandem are promoting signed Yoo-Hoo t-shirts for 50 cents plus two bottle caps, can tops, or wrappers. In addition to its size, the poster is unique because both were hard to find shirts and it includes a pre-zip code, postal zone address "Yoo-Hoo Box 147, Brooklyn 14, NY" on the bottom. This Yankee tradition displays the traditional Yoo-Hoo colors - yellow and brown - and is the first we have showed of its kind. It is NM.
