This lot of nine Houston baseball caps provides a trip down memory lane. The most eye-catching piece is a circa-1964 Colt .45's hat by McAuliffe. With a cracked brim heavy use evident, this size 7 1/4 cap has the number "10" of its wearer, Rusty Staub, written in faded black marker on the bottom of the brim next to a faded Staub autograph (in blue marker). The rest of the lot includes a variety of size 7 3/8 Astros caps from the 80s and 90s - some used and others not. Finally, a mid-70s bright orange New Era cap, size 7, can be found in pristine condition. Overall, these caps are of EX quality and a must-see for any lifelong Astros fan.
