Joe Sewell Ruth Called Shot Letter (PSA)
Historic one-page letter written by HOFer Joe Sewell regarding the Babe's called shot. Letter is addressed, "Dear Bob" and continues, "Yes, I was playing in that game and Babe Ruth did point to centerfield and I have now a mental picture of that ball going out of the park through a small tree full of small boys who came to see the game." Sewell goes on to describe the incident in great detail finishing with, "Do not let anyone tell you he did not point as I was in the game, and I saw it." He signs of, "Sincerely Joe Sewell." Letter has fold creases o/w in NM-MT condition. Comes certified by PSA.
