John Lennon Vox Python Guitar Strap

John Lennon Vox Python Guitar Strap

When The Beatles appeared on Dutch TV in June of 1964, it was the first time that John used his new Rickenbacker "325" 12-String, with his new "modified" Vox Python Strap- the very strap being offered here. The strap grades as VG-EX with the expected wear from having been used and worn over a period of several years. It is solid from top to bottom and the most obvious wear is a minor stitching seam split on one side. Obtained directly from The Beatles former driver and road manger Alf Bicknell and comes with his LOA. In addition several original photos of this Python guitar strap will be included. This is truly a significant piece of Rock'n Roll memorabilia, a significant item which was actually a part of the scene while the Beatles created, developed, and performed at the height of their glory.
