Large Collection of 320 Baseball Wire Photos 1930s-80s.
This large collection of 320 baseball wire photographs covers over 50 years in the history of America's Pastime from the 1930s to the 80s. Included are photos of numerous Hall of Famers like Babe Ruth, Sandy Koufax, Mickey Mantle, Leo Derocher, Tris Speaker, "Cool Papa" Bell, Warren Spahn, Satchel Paige, Mike Schmidt, Tom Seaver, Joe DiMaggio, Ted Williams, Larry Doby, Bill Veeck, and many, many more. Classic Yankees and Dodgers photographs are included and many other stars. Approximately 1/3 of the photographs are laser copies but the rest are original wire photos. Some of these photographs are signed by the players including Koufax, Doby, Robin Roberts, and many others. The signatures average an "8.5" out of a possible 10 The photographs range from EX-MT to NRMT.
