Lefty O’Doul All American Certificate Signed by Babe Ruth
Just one year before the first modern All Star Game in Major League Baseball, this hand-colored certificate was printed in the selection process of Hall of Famer Lefty O’Doul to the 1932 All American Baseball Team. A magnificent document, it bears the golden seal of the All America Board of Baseball (Chairman, Babe Ruth) and the all-important fountain ink signatures of George Herman Ruth (chairman), as well as those of the board members from each of the 10 teams. Signature grades “7” out of a possible 10. In fabulous EX-MT condition, except for light water stain on bottom edge. Framed to 15x18”.
