Pamphlet has been dedicated by the author on the cover to "Martin Dihigo Llanos." The inside was then signed by "Martin Dihigo Llanos…Veracruz" in ink for the author. The pamphlet regards Puerto Rican national hero Pedro Albizu Campo who was against American Imperialism and walked into the United States Senate in 1938 and shot a bunch of people (lovely). Four-pager is 9x6". EX.
