Mickey Cochrane 1931 Tour of Japan Presentational Tea Service
The finest quality and most elegant Noritake china is desired by both sports and porcelain collectors. Produced in Japan, all the cups and bowls have the Cochrane "C" on them in gold leaf. All of the regal gold accents are done in actual gold, most likely 18K. The service includes six bowls, six large tea cups with saucers and four small tea cups. It is in excellent condition and was presented to Mickey Cochrane on the first major Japanese baseball Tour of Japan (1931).
