Mickey Mantle Vintage Signed Photo Lot (4)
A Mickey Mantle article was in every single issue of Sport magazine for most of the '50s and '60s, or at least so it seemed. This foursome of pages with early '60s photos of a mature Mantle are adorned with the Mick's distinct and always valuable signature in blue pen, with sigs ranging from NRMT to Mint. One features a tight shot of a smiling Mantle, his face propped on his hands atop a bat, against a yellow backdrop, though the best may be of him breaking from first base, eyes intently on the hitter, face etched with the pain he always played with. Pages are in generally EX condition.
