Mickey Walker Boxing Memento Collection (4)
The Bulldog from North Jersey was something of a renaissance man: a world champion boxer, painter and restaurateur. Here is a great lot of (4) items from Mickey Walker's collection of boxing mementos. They include: a fitting, 5" chrome Mack bulldog statue engraved with his name (MT); (2) 2.5" x 30" metal fight signs, painted black with "Walker" & "Riddle" (EX); a gorgeous 1965 presentation plaque awarded to Walker by the Boxing Writers Assoc. with an ornate sterling silver engraved plate on a wood back (NM).
