A one-page contract between Jim Jacobs of Big Fights, Inc. and Muhammad Ali signed by Ali on September 17, 1964, only seven months after Ali won his first title from Sonny Liston. The fight was postponed until 1965. The contract is signed in ink, “Muhammad Ali AKA Cassius Clay.” Under the signature Ali has added the following, “I can commercialize on this film without limitation. There will be no expense to Mr. Clay for this film. I am giving one dollar and other good & valuable considerations for this right.” It is initialed J.J. for Jim Jacobs and M.A. AKA C.C. for Muhammad Ali AKA Cassius Clay. It is exceptionally rare to get both signatures, Muhammad Ali and Cassius Clay, on any vintage document. These are the first we have offered. In fine condition with the original folds.
