New York Yankees Game Used Bat Trio - Soriano, Justice, & Oliver (Steiner)

Collection of three New York Yankees game-used bats dating from the early 2000s. Each of these bats bears the Yankees team name stamped on the barrel. All originate from Steiner Sports and have a Steiner hologram label affixed to the barrel (no COAs accompany any of the bats). 1) Alfonso Soriano. Louisville Slugger pro-model ("M356") bat dating from the 2001-2003 manufacturing period. The bat, which is not cracked, displays significant use, including ball marks, pine tar, tape around the handle, and severe checking (grain separation) on the barrel. There is also a large area of adhesive residue on the barrel from an application of white tape that has since been removed (the tape was most likely applied to cover the checking). Length: 34.5 inches. Weight: 33 ounces. 2) David Justice. Rawlings pro-model ("DW20") bat dating from the 2000 season (the only year in which he played with the Yankees). The bat displays excellent use, including ball marks, pine tar, and a slight crack in the handle. Stamped on the knob are the model number ("DW20"), the batch code ("287"), and the year code ("0"). Length: 34.5 inches. Weight: 32.25 ounces. 3) Joe Oliver. Louisville Slugger pro-model ("H238") bat dating from the 2001 season (the only year in which he played with the Yankees). The bat, which is not cracked, displays moderate use, including ball marks. A few nicks affect the barrel area. Length: 34.5. Weight: 31.5 ounces.
