Oversized Babe Ruth Signed Photo (11 x 14 )
One of the more interesting and appealing non-baseball photos you'll find, this rare oversized (11 x14") specimen was taken during one of Ruth's famed fishing trips off the coast of Mexico. In it, he's posed along with a young friend in front of a long row of seven very large Marlin. Signed and inscribed in black fountain pen, "To My Pal Walter-Some Fishing-From Babe Ruth 1946" (8/10). Despite some paper loss to the upper right corner, a small tear to the right side, and creasing throughout, the photo presents very nicely. Still in its original 12x15" frame.
