Pair of Figural 19th Century Baseball Statues

Offered here are a pair of magnificent 19th century figural baseball statues. Standing 12.5" tall and weighing three pounds each, these figures are composed of a bronzed patina metal set atop a wooden base Both players are wearing a bib-front uniform which dates back to the style of the 1870s. These figural sets are very scarce as we have never encountered another matched pair. These are unsigned but are of very high quality. The batter is missing the top half of his bat.
