This huge collection of wire photos features a variety of game action shots of the HOFer Stan Musial as well as a variety of publicity shots, many of which are family photographs. There are several game action photos as well as a large number of images date from after the legendary player’s playing career when he served as President Johnson’s Director of the Physical Fitness Program, Cardinal’s management team, a restaurateur and businessman. The photos range in size from 5 x 8” to 8 x 11.5” and the quality varies from G to EX with some wrinkling and creasing and minor age discoloration. This is a great lot that gives Musial fans an entirely different perspective on this legendary player and his life during and after his incredible baseball career.
